Strengthscope Profiling and Coaching

ABOUT

Strengthscope is a tool that identifies personal strengths in the workplace by using a series of assessment questions to establish what they are.  There is an additional option to complete a 360 where constructive feedback is gathered from nominated colleagues/acquaintances.  The exercise is measured against 24 strengths.  These strengths are presented in a report and pictorial form.  Once the client has received the report, they are ready to book in a feedback and coaching session with Anna, a Strengthscope Practitioner.  The client will agree goals.  The report can then be used throughout the session.  There will be an emphasis on the clients top 7 strengths and lesser strengths.  This will give the client a deeper understanding of themselves and their relevance and best self in the workplace.

Benefits


Strengthscope gives a foundation of knowledge for the client, enabling coaching conversations to begin from a level of knowledge and information set down in the report.  Strengthscope Coaching enables the client to use this information for present situations, as well as reflecting on the past giving insights for the future.  Strengthcope coaching will give clarity enabling positive steps for moving forward and achieving goals. 


Expectation


Discovery session with Anna.  Anna to send details for the client to purchase and partake in the Strengthcope Profiling tool.  Once the report has been received, client to book a session in with Anna, 1.5 hours.  At the beginning of this session agree goals and objectives. Discuss past success's, analyse top 7 strengths, recognise their relevance and how they are best expressed and used.  Analyse lowest 3 lesser strengths, explore ways of compensating with other qualities from the report.  Discuss future actions and steps to achieve goals and objectives.  Option to have more coaching for further development.
